Kids Ministry

Our Kids Ministry is a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn about God's love and grow in their faith. Through engaging Bible lessons, worship, games, and age-appropriate activities, we help kids build a strong foundation in God's Word while developing meaningful friendships.

Sunday School Ministry

Please join us every Sunday morning at 8:45 AM for Sunday School! We currently have an adult Sunday School class and a youth Sunday School class. Please look out in the near future for more exciting things to come from our Sunday School Ministry! Our Sunday School Superintendent is Trustee Cynthia Hunter and our Assistant Sunday School Superintendent is Treasurer Michelle Diggs. Youth Ministry

Student ministry is such a huge part of what we do at our church. We want to guide our students in developing a personal faith in Christ as they step into their specific roles in the story He's writing with their lives. We work hard to create environments that engage students in good conversation about God, encouraging them to ask questions, search out answers, and truly learn to listen to His leading in their lives. And maybe even have a little fun while they're at it! After all, if life in Christ is truly the best life we can live, shouldn't we encourage our students to enjoy living it to the fullest?

Ushers’ Ministry

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir leads the congregation in worship through music that glorifies God and encourages the church. With hearts devoted to serving Christ, the choir prepares and ministers through songs that inspire faith, hope, and praise. Whether during Sunday services or special church events, the Chancel Choir seeks to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God's presence through worship.

Laymen League

Men, if you need community and fellowship, come and be a part of the Laymen League Ministry at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church! Men, please come and be a part of a ministry where you will be strengthened by God’s Word and supported by your fellow brothers in Christ. Be sure to look out for the next Laymen League’s meeting! Our Chairman of the Laymen League is Deacon Vernon Eatmon.
